Sweet Siblings

Potty training continues to be a success! Rory has the occasional accident, but usually not more than one a day. We're thrilled with her progress. Undies have become a big deal in our house; I hear her murmuring about them under her breath pretty regularly.
Babycakes is becoming more scheming as she ages- her new favorite trick is to deliberately toss her sippy cup off her bed during nap time, then proceed to wail mournfully, "Waaa waaa!!" It's all a ruse to be allowed out of bed to retrieve the cup, but we're on to her. Her favorite song of the moment is Frere Jacques, which she sings with varying words- today it was: Treats for Rory, treats for Rory!

Sir Sebastian finally got his first tooth, at 7.75 months old. He turned 8 months yesterday and still only has the one. It's so hard to believe that our baby boy is that old- so close to a year, yikes! We just adore our sweet, pudgy guy. It's crazy how "boy" he is compared to his sister- he's quite a bit more physical and he grunts and pumps his fists.

It's been so fun watching Rory and Bash's sweet friendship growing- they really just adore each other! Bash reserves his biggest smiles for his sister, and Rory always wants to be with her "Bashy." This is not to say that they always get along, of course...

I like all of these too much to not share them. Bear with me.
